This policy describes how Ownward processes personal data on this site, in accordance with the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/nLPD).
What we collect
The contact form collects: name, email address, company (optional) and your message. Nothing else. This site currently uses no analytics and no advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Where it lives and for how long
Messages are stored in our Supabase database, hosted in the European Union (Paris region), with access restricted to Ownward. They are kept for the time needed to handle the exchange, and no longer than 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. Write to us via the contact form and we will act on it. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (CNIL in France, FDPIC in Switzerland).
