A deadline
Set an expiry date. Once it passes, the link no longer grants access.
One redemption
A single-use link can be redeemed once to start an authorised reading session. OTP can add a recipient verification step.
One viewing session
Single-view mode is intended to end access after one reading session. Its duration and reconnection rules will be defined before launch.
These controls govern access through Relay. They cannot prevent a recipient from photographing or copying content they can already see.
European foundations. Verifiable sharing.
EU first
The architecture is being designed to prioritise EU hosting, storage and processing, including backups. Provider locations, support access and subprocessors will be documented before launch.
Integrity with a trace
The enterprise roadmap includes anchoring cryptographic fingerprints of shared versions on a blockchain, keeping files and recipient identities off-chain. This is intended to help verify a version’s integrity; it does not establish that its content is true.
SecNumCloud & HIPAA: the intended path
We aim to assess hosting on a SecNumCloud-qualified offering and the requirements for HIPAA-regulated use. Relay is not currently qualified or represented as HIPAA compliant. Qualified infrastructure does not automatically qualify the SaaS; HIPAA readiness also requires appropriate contracts (including a BAA where applicable), risk analysis and operational safeguards.

Security is a design requirement for the new product. Generated HTML must be treated as untrusted content, with a restricted rendering environment, clear sharing boundaries and independent validation before launch.

Can I use Relay today?
Relay is in private beta, with access by invitation. Join the waitlist and tell us about your workflow. Registration does not grant immediate access. The model is freemium: Free includes API, MCP and encryption; paid Enterprise adds advanced governance. Launch timing, usage allowances and enterprise pricing are still being defined.
Will recipients need an AI subscription?
The aim is to let recipients read the shared result in a browser, independently of the tool used to create it. Restricted content will require the appropriate authentication.
Will any HTML work?
Compatibility will be defined and tested. Scripts, external resources and interactive features need explicit rules; some outputs may require adaptation. A preview and review step are part of the intended flow.
