How a training engagement runs
We do not run a catalogue. Every training is built from your business, your tools and the decisions in front of you, and it usually leads straight into doing.

Design from your situation
A short discovery with the sponsor: which processes, which tools, which worries, which decisions are pending. We select the use cases and prepare examples with your data, anonymised where needed.

Executive session, then hands-on workshops
Leadership first: what AI changes in your sector, assistant versus agent versus agentic workflow, models and sovereignty options including Mistral and self-hosted open source, governance, a first roadmap. Then teams, in small groups, building their first assistant or automation on their own tools.

Follow through while it goes live
Training sticks when something ships. We stay with the teams for the first use cases, adjust the rules of use, and connect with our delivery work when a workflow deserves a proper build.

Questions we hear before we start
Is this a standard course?
No. There is no fixed slide deck. Each engagement is designed from your processes, your tools and the decisions your leadership faces. The formats repeat; the content does not.
How long does it take?
Typically half a day for the executive session and one or two workshop days for teams, followed by light support while the first use cases go live. Longer programmes exist when several teams or sites are involved.
Do participants need technical skills?
No. Executive and team sessions require none. The technical track, for people who will build with coding agents and automations, assumes basic comfort with the tools they already use.
Which tools do you train on?
Yours first. Then the assistants and agent platforms relevant to your context, from Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to Dust, Lindy or Grok bots, and the sovereign options such as Mistral or self-hosted open-source models when your policy requires them.
Can training be combined with a project?
That is the most effective format. We often train the leadership team, then embed an engineer with one team to ship the first use case while they learn. See forward-deployed engineering.
Do you certify participants?
No. We do not sell certificates. We leave behind teams that use AI on their own work and can explain why.
